Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is officially on its way to you and in the care of USPS (or the selected carrier). From that point on, The Enchanted Heart Booktique is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you can’t find it (we know… the worst 😭), or if it seems delayed or stuck in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS and filing a claim here:

Also, please double-check your shipping address at checkout—orders sent to incorrect addresses unfortunately cannot be replaced or refunded.

We completely understand how frustrating shipping issues can be (seriously, we’ve been there too), and we’ll always do our best to help guide you through the process with the carrier. That said, once your package is in transit, we’re unable to take responsibility for delays, loss, or delivery issues.
