Terms of Service – The Enchanted Heart Booktique
By completing your purchase with The Enchanted Heart Booktique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
All orders are carefully packed with attention to detail.

In-stock orders require 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before shipment.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or special events, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require additional processing time.

Pre-orders will ship once the item is received from the publisher, distributor, or supplier.

Estimated release dates are provided when available but may change due to factors outside of our control.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Shipping
The Enchanted Heart Booktique is not responsible for delays, damage, or mishandling once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Cancellations & Changes
Due to the nature of our order processing, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
Returns & Damaged Items
All sales are final.
The Enchanted Heart Booktique is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that The Enchanted Heart Booktique is not liable for shipping-related damage, delays, loss, or theft once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Enchanted Heart Booktique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
Agreement
By placing an order with The Enchanted Heart Booktique, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms, including processing and shipping timelines.
